SpinReview Terms of Service

This document defines the rules of using SpinReview and the subscription-based service provided by DAWID SZATAN. SpinReview is offered exclusively to businesses.

2. What SpinReview is

SpinReview is a SaaS service that helps businesses collect reviews and run QR-based campaigns with reward wheels, analytics and third-party integrations, including Google.

3. User account

The user creates an account, provides accurate information and is responsible for protecting access to the dashboard. Passwords should not be shared with third parties.

4. Rules of use

  • The user must use the service in compliance with law and accepted standards.
  • The user is responsible for all content, links and materials added to the dashboard.
  • The user is responsible for correctly connecting their Google Business Profile and other integrations.
  • Using the service for unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing activities is prohibited.

5. Plans, subscription and payments

SpinReview offers recurring subscription plans. Plan details, limits and current pricing are displayed on the purchase page and inside the customer dashboard.

  • A subscription may include a trial period.
  • The user may change plan or cancel according to the rules described in the dashboard or purchase details.
  • Prices shown on the website are net prices.
  • Invoices are sent automatically after payment.

6. Third-party integrations

Some SpinReview features rely on third-party services, especially Google. Availability may depend on proper authorization, configuration and the external provider itself.

7. Liability

SpinReview makes reasonable efforts to keep the service operating correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Complaints

Complaint handling time: 14 days.

9. Offer scope

SpinReview is intended for entrepreneurs and business entities. The offer is not directed to consumers.

10. Changes to the terms

The service provider may update these terms and will inform users in advance when changes are introduced.
