• account data such as email address and encrypted password,
• company data provided during registration and account setup,
• subscription and billing data,
• data related to QR codes, campaigns, rewards and dashboard activity,
• data required for Google integration if the user enables it,
• technical data needed for security and proper operation of the service.

• performance of the agreement and account management,
• handling subscriptions, payments and billing,
• ensuring security, authentication and password reset,
• handling inquiries and complaints,
• running statistics and analytics necessary to provide the service,
• fulfilling legal obligations of the controller.

Data may be shared with entities supporting the service, such as:

• hosting and infrastructure providers,

• Google, if the user connects Google services,
• payment operators, if payments are enabled,
